The YES I DO Alliance addressed child marriage and teenage pregnancy by applying a mix of context specific intervention strategies in Ethiopia, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Zambia, Indonesia and Pakistan. The programme aimed to move towards a situation in which adolescent girls can decide if, when and whom to marry and if, when and with whom to have children. WE Consult carried out the Endline phase, which covers Mogovolas, Nampula and Rapale. Data were collected through a survey among around 1500 young women and young men (15 – 24 years) spread over the three districts. This was complemented with Focus Group Discussions with young women and young men as well as with their parents, and interviews with a number of stakeholders.
